Bahria Town management has issued two notifications for the members of BahrIa Town Icon and Bahria Town Tower Tariq Road. One of the noticfication informed that, the members who haven’t deposited their due installments yet, for those 100% surcharge will be wave-off if they deposit all their dues by or before 15th January, 2018.
The other notification states that, the last chance to restore cancelled files of property who deposite all their due installment is also 15th January, 2018. After that, files will be cancelled as per company’s policy and amount claimed against cancelled files will be refunded after 6 months on launching of claim with Bahria Town.
