Registration Transfer Procedure Bahria Town Karachi Projects

As you know that Bahria town is going to launch three major projects in Karachi next year , The registration for these projects is closed since one month ago , Here is the procedure for those who want to transfer their registration to any one .

Projects :

• Bahria Town Icon
• Bahria town Tower
• Bahria town Community .

Date :

For all these mentioned above projects transfer of registration is going to be start from 4th nov , 2013 ,

Transfer procedure :

• For transfer of registration both seller and buyer must be available in Bahria town office .
• Registration transfer affidavit must be available .
• Original registration form customer copy in which stamp of bahria town or bank stamp available .
• Original CNIC of buyer and seller with photocopies must be available .
• Required two passport size pictures of buyer .

Transfer charges :

• For bahria town Icon = Rs 12,000/-
• Bahria town tower = Rs 7,000/-
• Bahria town community = Rs 1,500/-

Note :

• Transfer fee will be made in form of demand draft or cash .
