Well, Customers and realtors are unaware of transfer fee / stamp duty and procedural documents which require at the time of transfer.
Well, as you know in 2014 budget Punjab Government increased stamp duty double. and now several months ago they also imposed seller and purchaser tax. so if you purchase 10 marla plot purchase in bahria town, your transfer expense is about 200,000 except seller tax.
