    congratulations to saima builders on coming up with such a beautifully located project. directly on super highway, besides al habib restaurant, and atleast 12kms before bahria town…and very reasonable prices. 120 yds one unit houses starting around 55 lacs….similar houses launched by rimjhim, about 2 kilometers ahead off superhighway are now being sold at 80 lakhs.saima is now a brand in karachi, and stands for beauty, reliability, value for money in the construction industry in karachi. and this is phase one….soon we shall be hearing he launching of phase two and looking at trends it should be much over 80 lakhs….so make hay while sun shines. good luck

    nice to read lalis comments. makes sense. saima villa is a winner. just opposite saima on the other side of super highway is paklands project called saadi garden. insider news is that investors are picking up plots in this society as very soon the saadi garden is opening up for construction. 120 yds plots which r going for 12 lakhs app will shoot up to 25 and above as soon as the NDC is processed by cantonment. All adjoining societies of saadi gardens, ie saadi town, capital , information socity etc are selling at 25 lakhs and above, and they r not even located on super highway. so if saima which is directly opposite saadi gardens, if it is developed and construction of bungalows started, then it being gated, the plot price is easily over 30 lakhs and so u r just paying 25 lakhs that too all in 3 yers instlments for the bricks and mortar . undoubtedly the prices are to be revised upwad soon, and many a times during construction period. hurry u and book before phase 2 is launched.
