4 rooms apartment has two bedrooms, one lounge and a drawing room, kitchen and a terrace in lounge is also there. It is 1250 square feet and it’s price is 45 lack.
5 Rooms:
5 rooms apartment has three bedrooms, one lounge and a drawing room, kitchen and terrace is also in lounge. It is 1700 square feet and it’s price is 65 lack.
Payment Plan: Payment plan is for three years in which it is expected that building will be completed. Though they haven’t guaranteed the completion in three years, it might take more time or get ready earlier. They have simply stated that work has just started…

Do not buy from Saima builders, they will give you a hard time. I booked an apartment in 2011, I was told to have it by 2014. Now 2019, still they didn’t give me the apartment possession.
