Salam , Sector-F phase 1 and and 2 is disclosed by bahria town, only map is revealed, as i told you initially bahria town will do balloting of two phases of Bahria town, we have already map of phase 1 but today also phase 2 map is disclosed , which will be available in market, that means the balloting date provided by bahria town is more confirmed well in the end of the post i will give you an image map of phase 1 & 2 of Sector-F.
Well in the map on phase 2, the prime location is allotted to Kanal , so thats why the price of 1 kanal files are start moving upward, and the location of 10 marla is also good but not good enough , if we compare to phase 1. The bad news for 5 marla files which was to hot all the time but after location allotted their future as not as good as its going, as i written many times five marla always consider hot but before balloting due to allocation of location except Sector-D.
I think , when people get numbers of their plots, so investors first try to purchase the location plots, in phase 1 rates of 10 marla will comparatively high of phase 2, but in kanal files, rates of 1 kanal files of phase 1 are comparatively low of phase 2. well another question rise that whom will not successful in balloting, as i mentioned earlier in previous posts , their files will be shifted to phase 3 and phase 4, and if the rates of ballot files will boost , it will also make positive impact to non-ballot files. so they should also be positive. I think, Sector-F game is starting soon , so if you have funds buy files in this Sector-F. it will give you a handsome profit, till now sector-F has failed to get the attraction of investors , due to most of the times rates of were stagnate or moved downwards, it happened due to delay in balloting, now developing works is on going and balloting gonna happen so it must grab the attention of investors as well as realtors.

Please advise, In sector f balloting all file holders who have paid 3 installments will get definite plot number or is there any chance that some of them will be unsuccessful and will be shifted to phase 3 and 4 of sector F.

Dear Nawaz, this is a very rare chance, and it should not be gonna happened, so it will disappoint to those people paid installments on time, i think bahria town will care about it, there is a chance but too rare.

Khalid sb. what are your thoughts about ring road? do u think its location could be near sector f tipu sultan block? if yes, don’t u think tipu sultan (and sector f in general) residential and specially Commercial plots will be the most sought after and expensive in entire bahria town?

I have i kanal file for sector f. I paid 2 installments so they did not include my name in the balloting. They said next balloting will be on 20th January 2013. Looking at the map, I have a feeling that phase 3 and 4 have better location than phase 1 and 2. I may be wrong but what’s your opinion?

Only updated files were included in this balloting, well according to my resources there is no news next balloting will happen on 20th January, if it will, then bahria town must demand to pay the due payments for those files not included in this ballot. wELL Phase 4 looks better than phase 2
