AOA, hope you are well, well after up and down rates of Karachi Bahria town slips , rate stopped at the price of 140,000 Pkr including 15,000 pkr registration . well three days ago, the rate jumped up to 200,000 then it went down to 180,000 and more down to 160,000 but in yesternight it again jumped to 1750,000
Today rate started at between 165,000 to 170,000 and then after noon rates went down to 150,000 to 160,000 and finally in night it stopped at the price of 140,000. well people whom not touches on the daily basis, they asked the rate is 200,000 but advise him the rate of especially bahria town files or forms fluctuates on the daily basis even up and down on timing of single day.
Well some experts say it went down more, and some have observation it again cross to 200,000 Pkr. well in bahria town the expertise assessment goes wrong many times. but in my point of view the rate will gonna rise again , because people are getting income through trading by investing a very little money, but my suggestion for those people which brought bahria town karachi slips on booking price and wont to mature their plots should sale their forms before 31st December 2013. According to the news bahria town will launch the project in January 2014 .
