A0A- HI Good Evening to all of you readers. well most of we are just seeing when civic and golf commercial get up, in mean while some investor and realtors enjoying minus and getting profit from the fluctuation of minus or loss. well let see the civic commercial first.
The Civic commercial touches minus 1 million third time. when the rate of civic commercial lies on 1 million loss and above , some people starts buying in this mighty loss, and when rates get little upward like minus 0.8 to 0.7 million they sell it, then again start waiting when again touch minus 10 lac and above, when it happens again they again buy it and sell it, and how they are enjoying minus . well most of us just losing our hearts and waiting when rates move up according to their wishes,
Now look on Golf Commercial. when it launched the same day onn or profit of golf commercial was 1 million. after two and three days it went back to minus Five lac, after couple of weeks after dramatical move from civic commercial they made it rate 2 millions profit. after that many people started buying so the result was that in a month golf commercial was on mighty 5 millions profit , almost double of initial payment which was about six millions, till then it seemed a good story. but when civic commercial has been launched and then map disclosed, rates of golf commercial started move downwards. and it went to again level and minus 3 lacs with in couple of months. whom bought civic commercial was at on four to five millions profits were more in pain rather than civic commercial.
When civic commercial again went to minus 3 or four lac which happened several days ago. some brave heart investor and realtors again bought it on minus price. which absolutely is a wise and brave decision and after that it again jumped to 14 lacs profit. so whom buying was on minus again they got handsome profit in four and five days. well let see where rate lies of Golf commercial after disclosing of map.
well i guess you understand what i wanted to say. well take profit in minus for those whom have brave heart. and i think it good to do transaction in minus rather than waiting for miracle . well miracle happens here in very much , if you do investment in Bahria Town Projects
