Now when we see Hoshang pearl and its location. so we know this is pure elite class residential project and located on more posh area comparatively. as we know the apartment system is so vital and successful in Karachi, and same situation also lies in the connection of current purchasers. but i think there will be more buyer than opal 225 ultimate. it is because the volume of residential buyers are always more than commercial buyers. so eventually the real buyers will more available rather than commercial. well if we conclude both projects, i personally thinks both projects will give you a good profit INSHALLAh.
