Documentation charges of electricity water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer on demand after booking ,

All extra charges will be payable with in 180 days after booking .

All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque .

All the charges of transfer and registry will be pay by customer .

In case of late payments the agreement will be cancelled and 15 % amount will be deduct .
