Terms & Conditions :

All the extra charges will pay after booking within 180 days .

All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque .

If customer didn’t pay 3 installments continuously then developers are able to cancel allotment and sale same plot for any one .

To transfer plot for an other person Rs 1,000/- will be charged .

There is no permission to perform any commercial activity at residential plots .

If any customer fails to continue payments than project developers has right to cancel allotment and deduct 15 % amount from customer’s payment .

The construction of houses will also approved from TMA.
