Payment mode :
All payments including monthly installments , booking amount and other payments are made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque in favour of Ghosia builders and developers .

Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are payable by customer on demand after booking ,

Documentation charges are note added in payment plans .
