Kalam Valley  housing scheme in Kalam  offers various sizes of residential plots   on installments and cash payment . Project was launched   few days  ago  and booking is  open for this project  . All sizes of residential plots  are available  for booking on first come first served basis . Here is the details of extra charges for residential plots mentioned below according to the size and location with in the project :

Extra charges :

• Corner Plots : 10 %
• Main Road : 10 %

Discount :

• 15 % discount on full cash payment
• 5 % discount on half payment .

Payment Procedure :

1. Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer .

2. These charges are not added in payment plans and payable by customer on demand after booking .

3. All installments must be deposited before 10th of every month .

4. All extra charges will be payable with in 180 days after booking .

5. The allocation of unit will remain provisional until all payments is received .

6. All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque .
