Some extra charges will be charged according to the location of the plots with in the project .

- Park facing : 5 %
- Main road : 5 %
Discount :
Project is also offers discount at the time of booking on total amount , if you pay 100 % full payment than you will get below discount offer :
- 10 % discount
Notes :
- Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer on demand .
- These charges are not added in payment plans and will be paid after booking .
- All extra charges including documentation charges will be payable with in 180 days .
- All monthly installments must be deposited before 10th of every month .
- All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and ceque .
- The allocation in plots will remain provisional until all payments is received .
