Here is the details of extra charges and payment conditions and booking mentioned below claimed by project developers ,

Extra charges :

1. West open : Rs 65,000/-
2. Park facing : Rs 65,000/-
3. Floor charges : Rs 65,000/-

Notes  :

1. All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque on favour of Lakhani builders and developers .
2. All extra charges will be paid after booking with in 120 days .
3. The allocation of unit will remain provisional until all payments is received .
4. All installments must be deposited before 10th of every month .
5. Unit price may be increase or decrease according to the actual measurement of apartment .
6. Electricity , water and gas connection charges ae not added in payment plans ,
7. All these charges are payable by customer after booking on demand .
8. There is also a loan facility offered by the developers .
