There is a 10 % discount offer if you pay 100 % payment at the time of booking you can avail it.
Terms & Conditions :

All installments must be deposited between 1st to 10th of every month .

All extra charges will be payable with in 180 days after booking .

The allocation of unit will remain provisional until all payments is received .

Documentation charges of gas , electricity and water are extra charges and payable by customer on demand .
