Here is the details details of extra charges which will be charged according to the location and general terms & conditions which apply at the time of booking . all the details are mentioned below .

Extra charges :

• Covered car parking : Rs 150,000/-
• Corner apartment : 5 %
• Ground & 1st floor : 5 %
• River facing : 5 %

Offers :

There is also two types of discounts offered by river view project details are mentioned below .

1. If you pay 100 % payment at the time of booking you can avail 15 % discount .
2. And if you pay 50 % payment you can get 7 % discount .

Notes :

1. All extra charges will be paid with in 180 days after booking .
2. Documentation charges of electricity water and gas are not added in payment plans ,
3. All these charges will be paid by customer on demand after booking
4. The allocation of unit will remain provisional until all payments is received .
5. All payments will be made in shape of demand draft , pay order and cheque .
6. In case of refund 10 % amount will be deducted .
