Shaya’s city housing scheme Larkana is a residential project offers various sizes of residential and commercial plots on installments and cash payment , Project is now open for booking all sizes of plots are available for booking the development of the project is also started . Here is the details of payment conditions , extra charges and booking conditions which apply at the time of booking .

Here is the details of extra charges for residential plots due to the location of the plots with in the project .

Extra charges :

• Corner : 5 %
• South open : 5 %
• Road facing : 5 %
• Park facing : 5 %

All of the above extra charges are same for each size of residential plots .

Offer :

Shaya’s city also offer discount for residential and commercial plots if you full cash payment at the time of booking you can avail 10 % discount .

Notes :

1. Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges payable by customer .
2. These charges are not added in payment plans and payable after booking on demand .
3. All installments and other payments must be deposited before 10th of every month .
4. All extra charges including documentation charges will be paid after booking with in 18 days .
5. All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque in favor of Shaya’s city .
6. All payments divided into 36 monthly and 6 half yearly installments and will be cleared in 3 years .
