• Road facing : Rs 75,000/-
• Corner apartment : Rs 100,000/-
• West open : Rs 75,000/-

5 rooms extra charges :

• Road facing : Rs 100,000/-
• Corner apartment : Rs 100,000/-
• west open : Rs 75,000/-

Discount :

There is also a discount offer for both 4 rooms and 5 rooms apartment , you can avail 10 % discount by paying full cash payment at the time of booking ,

Important notes :

1. Documentation charges for electricity , water and gas are paybale by customer on demand after booking ,
2. These above extra charges are not included in payment plans .
3. All installment must be paid before every 10th of each month .
4. All payments made in form of demand draft pay order and cheque in favour of sumsum developers .
5. All discounts are valid on regular payments .
