Salam to everyone. well Golf commercial again going upwards. today rates was closed at the price of 2 millions profit or onn . yesterday it was on fourteen lac profit. so today it add 6 lac profit in a day . well now it depends on map how people will perceive the map of Golf commercial . One thing is sure the quantity of golf commercials are less than civic commercial it is an advantage, and the other important thing is location where it will be located and what will be approach of these commercials. if the map will perceive positively then defiantly rate will go more up and map will perceive as perceived on civic commercial than may be different story.
Well the other major factor is that Sector- C commercial which was lies at about 50 t0 60 millions , now it available on 80 millions, that is very dramatical jump it means add 30 millions in a month that is out of sense. well in Bahria town it happens. so this jump could create positive impact on golf commercial and also on civic commercial
