    Query:
    Introductory down payment for 5 marla (bahria Enclave 2) was 1450,000 PKR. People have bought it ranging from 955,000- 1100,000 PKR because all anticipated that rates will raise once project will be launched.
    Unfortunately now we got to know that price has been dropped even to 900,000 PKR.
    Can you please share your analysis on this, and what are you looking forward for this project?
    Is this sensible to keep the form? any probability of increase in rates? and reason of drop in price?

    i have just 1 file of 5marla. So what do you suggest to pay 1st intallment and wait for sometime? any hope in increase in rates?

    Also want to ask that On 20th can we get the Bahria Town Karachi residential forms from Bahria head office? what is the procedure? and is this true?
    Please advice.
