Bahria Town Karachi has been a long awaited project due to the vacuum of a well planned housing scheme in the largest city of Pakistan. Karachi doesn’t have any society that matches with the international standards of infrastructure and living. Bahria Town Karachi management announced Good news for karachi Members that after handing over possession of Precinct-1 in a record time of only 8 months, Now balloting for property numbers allotment will be done on 11 September 2015, after Namaz e Jumma, for all old items, where every file holder will be given a plot/home/apartment number against his/her file. Only those file holders will be eligible for balloting whose installment status is up to date i.e. 5 installment paid.
This will definitely give some caution to the people who purchased files on high rates and now waiting for the good time.

- 500 Sq.yards
- 1000 Sq.yards
- 2000 Sq.yards
Bahria Homes:
- 125 Sq.yards

Situation after balloting:
There will be no much difference after balloting for plot/apartment/villa numbering balloting unless on ground situation is visible. One difference would be, after that category (good location) plot will come up with high value and general location will remain the same. As you can see numbers and map already available for Ali block but prices are quite down. Even good location plots are in negative.
However, these are the steps from where BTK project will go through. Untimely it will become a great standard for living with high profit.

250 Sq. Yard plot bolliting
Dr Shahid Masood on TV one channel says that govt is going to CANCEL the lease of 41,000 Acre or 7,500 acre with in this week. He did not take name but indicates towards BAHRIA TOWN Karachi. Bahria Management do something for the poor allottees of BTK.This is the main reason BTK prices are at the lowest.BTK Management must appear on TV channels to support their valued clients that Dr Shahid Masood is WRONG, creating unnecessary panic in the market.
Bahria deserves cancellation these are prayers of investors againt Bahria. Always they cheated
