We all know the last date of opening registration and submission was 28th Feb 2014 for all projects of Bahria Town Karachi. But today they changed and given new date for registration opening is 8th Jan 2014.
Well, today we have seen numerous people went to bahria town offices for opening of their forms. Well this is such a short notice, people have left their vital tasks for this pathetic announcement. It really disturbs me a lot, because we are experiencing , many forms haven’t opened so far due to ( record not found, duplicate entries, and so many other issues). these issues are occurred since the registration opening is started, Well, this is the procedure fault of bahria town why form holders are suffering, and this announcement disturb the entire market,
The most worry scene which i have seen and heard, there are still large number of rejected for opening due to fake, so this is one of serious objection against bahria town, on which grounds these forms are fake, they look alike same, and the main thing is that why you received with 100,000 at the time of closing registration. it is because, once the submitted his / her forms, it considered fine and it transacted many times in market, now who will be a responsible of pay back of their money those purchased at the price of 200,000 intact 100,000 plus, Bahria town will give you just 100,000 pay back and nothing else. it wasn’t expected from Bahria town, In office of lahore if you registered complaint, they answered you, this is the project of Bahria town karachi , we can’t help you more, you just register your complaints. This situation created negative impact for the bahria town purchasers and disturbed many people those found their forms fake or any other issue. And In realtors, chaos already prevailed between them. On the other hand, Rates of Opal 225 and hoshang pearl continue toward downwards, although bahria town tries to push up their projects through ads and today step may be the part of this.
Well, People should take stand, i hope bahria town higher authority will take serious notice, and it should provide date extension on opening registration. And must resolve these kind of issues. Because i have seen many people were depressed and disturbed.
Well, today rates of opal 225 is settled at the price of 175,000 to 180,000 and hoshang pearl was about 130,000 to 135,000 and residential slips was stand at the price onf 145,000.

I find no words to appreciate your work. Our country needs such experts who could bring real estate business to modern terms. Would you like to give some suggestions about further holding of opal and hoshang for those investors who do not want to go for balloting? Are there any chances of their rates going up again?
thanks for yours valuable comment, in my point of view they hold for at least 10 days, i thinks rates will go upward again, and those are still in profits should sale it, because the after ballot only real sounds investors will hold it or buy it
I read your blog regularly, which keeps me updated regarding the Bahria town projects in Karachi.
I am writing to ask some important questions:
1. If someone does not get open registration (and keep the original paid form with him) and he is successful in ballot, can he still sell it?
2. If someone is not successful in balloting, will the BT pay the deposited amount after deducting the processing fees?

1: those who got forms from the banks and bahria town offices and enrolled with their own names, and they didn’t convert their forms to open certificates, and if they will successful in ballot, so they can easily sale their forms, at that time these forms will convert in to files.
2. Yes, Bahria town will return you after deduction of processing fees.
