Fazaia Housing Scheme karachi 2, 3 bed apartments

Fazaia housing scheme is going to launched in Karachi on 14th march – the project of Pakistan Air Force after launching in Lahore, Islamabad , Gujranwala.

In Lahore, it is almost developed and located at Raiwand road, it is considered one of the good housing societies in that premises. Fazaia housing scheme is now launching in Karachi, you can see several hoarding of this scheme, and also ad in the news paper.

The most interesting thing is they are giving booking form of 2 and 3 bed apartment by following the pattern of Bahria town.The form of Fazaia housing scheme is already in black, form worth of 1000 rs is being given by some of their dealers at the price of 10,000. Dealers of this scheme are taking money and giving receipt on their letter pad and will give form after launching, trying to create artificial shortage or can say applying speculation. Now we have to see how successful their efforts would be. I don’t think so it will be long lasting , the king of speculative market in forms, files is only Bahria town .They are just trying to capture the attention of public like Bahria has done in opal 225 and Hoshang pearl in Karachi.

Well, they are going to announce 2 and 3 bed apartments at very economical prices comparatively, and the interesting news is that the expected location of Fazaia housing scheme Karachi on super highway near to Bahria town but it is yet to confirm.

The forms of Fazaia housing scheme Karachi will be available at Askari bank on Friday or Monday. But what i think is that they will give it to banks in very limited quantity just to be shown. People should wait till official announcement of fazaia housing scheme.

I m not also 100% sure till the actual position. I just got info from very strong source and am just sharing with you.

Important news.

As i posted this article yesterday, and mentioned above the artificial shortage has been created but now there is a news this is not done by Fazaia housing scheme. Management of society claimed today we hav not given any form to any dealers, if some one is doing they are totally fraud and we are taking action against them and I also heard military police raided on the dealers of Fazaia housing society giving out forms. So buyer should be aware before purchasing forms and they must confirm on given below number(picture will be more cleared the day after tomorrow).

Today i also have review on it -forms are in black as i predicted earlier.

Standard apartments registration fee is Rs 10,000/- and for Luxury apartments is Rs 15,000/- respectively.
