Well today is a great news for Bahria town Karachi down paid file holders of Bahria homes, commercial and apartments, as we know restoration policy given by Bahria town on 27th Feb, but they didn’t give the opportunity to down paid file holders of above noted projects, and announced that these are non-restorable. Once again Bahria town lahore realtors met with Mr.Shahid Qureshi and succeeded.
Well, now those having down-paid files of Bahria homes, apartments, commercial can restore their files by submitting their dues with restoration charges and surcharge penalty till 17th march 2015. Today was the last date of restoration, but the date is also extended till 17th.
For sale , purchase, info about any project of bahria town Lahore & Karachi, call me without any hesitation.

Dear usman, I have heard that bahria is going to adjust defaulters (who could not restored their plots within given date) with opal/hoshang certificate, can U plz confirm this?
there is no such news in my knowledge and i dont think so.

Bahria spending all energy to Bahria Karachi. Why left lahore on problem like sector F ,Bahria Green and so on.
At least Bahria should compensate us in Lahore .
Dear sir, i have a 5 marla plot in bahria town karachi, i have paid one installment, but other three are remaining, Can u tell me upto which date i can deposit my remaining installments to escape from cancellation???
brother you have to submit before 17th march to avoid cancellation. deposit remaining installment, restoration fee 15,000 and surcharge too
Dear Usman bin Khalid, May kindly tell me in this situation that I am suffering in backbone problem since 7 month and I am not able to submit my remaining amount as well as refund because I am the head of my family and also Government servant, it was last my aim of life to do something for my little children in this position I spent all my amount in my cure and I am house renter. will you do something for me to get reach this msg to Malik Riaz Sahib who always does lot of things for helpless people and I am one of them.
