All of the above extra charges are same of every size of bungalow and apartment ,

There is also a discount offer offered by this project , if you pay full cash payment at the time of booking you can avail 10 % discount ,

There is also a discount offer on extra charges which are mentioned above , if you pay all these extra charges at once you can get 15 % discount on it .
Notes :

All of the above extra charges are not added in payment plans and these charges will pay after booking with in 120 days .
