Continue Upward Forms Rates Of Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi

PAF Fazaia housing scheme Karachi forms rates are continuously rising. This happened after announcement by Fazaia housing management that all stock of forms have been given away and no more forms will be given through HBL branches or PAF offices. Another major reason of increase in forms rates is disclosure of registration date i.e. 26th March 2015.

People of Karachi are getting more interested as they heard that maintenance will be controlled by PAF. Secondly Fazaia housing scheme Karachi is considered as a safe housing scheme from security point of view.

Actually distribution of Fazaia housing scheme forms is unjustified. Forms had been handed over to those who wanted to just trade their forms in black, not for those wanted to submit registration in Fazaia housing scheme (which are real buyer of fazaia housing scheme). Forms have been given through banks, where gentle citizen couldn’t stand outside the bank for entire day, and very few got the forms outside the HBL bank or designated PAF offices.

Well, yesterday forms of Fazaia housing scheme Karachi were traded between 20,000 to 25,000 in Karachi and today current rate in Karachi is 32,000 to 38,000. Similarly in Lahore forms of Fazaia housing scheme Karachi traded between 15,000 to 20,000 and now current rate in Lahore is 30,000 to 35,000. In Islamabad Fazaia housing scheme Karachi forms also trade in these range with the fluctuation of 5,000 up and down.

Interesting thing is that these rates are generated by property dealers of Bahria Town Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore.

I mention above two reasons that why rates of Fazaia housing scheme Karachi is going upward. Thirdly the reason is the higher demand and most importantly these forms are trading by Bahria town dealers which is consider as the best market in term of trading.

Well i think forms of Fazaia housing scheme Karachi will go further up and before registration it may touch 50,000. So i suggest those who are looking for registration should buy now because according to me it will rise. Those who think that the forms of Fazaia will go down they are wrong! Don’t think that I am saying for the sake of my own interest, I want to let you know I am not dealing in it. I am just sharing my recommendation regarding PAF Fazaia housing scheme Karachi. The current rate in Islamabad and Rawalpindi is 32000-39000 in lahore the rate is 32000-39000 and in Karachi rate is 35000-45000. Tomorrow on Sunday serious buyers will buy forms so the rate should be 50,000 as it is decided by all dealers no one should sell less then 50,000.

Many of the investors are asking one question, what should be the average price?

Ans) Please understand speculative price is controlled by dealers who are under command of a Housing Scheme.In the case of Fazaia, there is no such thing as controlling on speculation, as it is a genuine scheme for END USERS not for speculators.

According to mathematical calculation, Value of form according to number of forms out divide by number of units to be sold is Rs. 22,000 (this is speculation calculation)

But due to police incident in karachi, with top 30 dealer agents in jail, dealers have lost confidence. Any how this is Pakistan, things had to work out, which did. Now the average speculation price set is 12500, please average out at Rs. 12500, so you guys are out safely and dealers buy confidently.

Yes the price will rise tonite, keep in mind Rs 12500 should be your average price. If you are stuck, please fill out the forms, if you are out good for you. This is my ultimate hint to you.

I will be in karachi mandi, especially in Tawheed at 8 pm and will depart at 10.30 pm. Any of you guys want to sell your forms in karachi at 12000, please reply to this post with your name and contact number and be at the mandi. We will call and buy from you. Please keep in mind we deal very harshly with fake form suppliers, We do not negotiate as well.

We have set a budget to buy 20000 forms from the karachi market. So investors let the game begin.
