Shortage of forms of fazaia housing scheme karachi PAF

Hello hope you will find this article with good health and wealth.Fazaia housing scheme got overwhelming response from all over the Pakistan as I earlier mentioned in my pervious article on this project. Fazaia housing scheme is following the bahria town Karachi strategy and they have been successful so far. Yesterday people were in long awaiting queue for the getting of forms of fazaia housing scheme karachi out side the HBL designated branches. Some successful and many efforts became in-vain when HBL management announced no more fazaia housing scheme available. I predicted 5 days ago even before launching , because forms were selling in black and booking were in process by some of dealers or their office letter pad and receipt, and its happened similarly as I predicted, artificial shortage , and market hype has been created that was the plan and done pretty successfully so far. Should go for registration in fazaia or not read my previous article

Well, in the last post I said people should purchase because it will go up, but there are some bahria realtors consider the king of these type of speculative deals are getting involve. if they will involve properly as I am seeing than massive trading will happen for several days or may be for couple of months. Well, yesterday we have seen very different rates set , in karachi fazaia housing scheme forms which actual price is 1,000 traded in black in the range of 10,000 to 40,000 and in lahore traded between 6,000 to 15,000. Actually there is no proper dealer market for fazaia so thats why forms traded in very different rates. Every one has different demand and selling. Well, now I am seeing some of Bahria town dealers are taking interest especially in Lahore trading in proper manners that means they give both purchasing and selling rates closely. So from this way we can easily get both rates trading become easy and so may be fazaia housing market will be developed if it happen than more people will take interest and trading will be long lasting of this project.

Well, there is no official announcement for last date of registration, while people are enjoying in forms trading if this trading will carry one for some weeks than there will be must game after registration. Well, currently at this time i am getting rate of fazaia housing scheme forms is 13,000 to 15,000. Well, the question if Fazaia housing management decided to follow the bahria town karachi pattern then they should involve some of dealers those know how to create speculative market. Some of seeing this speculative market in negative way, but many like it because pay back is unblievable but after some loss margin equally hight. This type of market enjoy by dealers or estate agent not all but those want to play their role in forms. But this is not real estate market we can say it this is just speculation ( Dehari ) some can earn a lot and other will surely get loss a a lot.

Well, now what i am seeing, people those must want to get registration in fazaia housing scheme karachi should wait for a day, if you won’t to involve in trading then just purchase in forms and registered your self. you will get benefit later on thats my prediction. why i am saying for a wait of couple of days may be management of fazaia housing scheme allot more forms after seeing the interest of public and than rate will go more down and it can sale also on their actual price which is 1,000 but i think it is difficult that look to me. Well, forms are available on PAF MUSEUM, after unavailability on Habib bank

As it was expected may Fazaia will give more form openly or through website than rates will reverse back to original price, But it didnt happened fazaia housing scheme karachi management announced all registration form has given way. so now i am telling you rates will absolutely go up.

I have mentioned the number of my cousin he got 500 call in a day so he requested me to put it down.

        Yes, the Froyo OTA update is what caused the audio quality to nosedive.
