Sector d-12 and e-12 is the project of Capital development authority situated near Margala hills Islamabad . Registration for these two sectors are closed now last date was 1st oct but due to more interest in customers they extend date of registration to 4th Oct , 2013 . Balloting for allotment :
balloting for allotment of residential plots in sector e-12 and d-12 will b held at 7th Oct , 2013 . this balloting will be done through exclusively designed software .
Residential plots sizes for balloting :
- 40*80
- 50*90
- 60*90
Refund after balloting :
Refund process will start after balloting of allotment for refund customer shall have to submit the counter receipt of application form to respective bank where he submit money .
- Refund money will be paid in pak rupees .
- Refund shall be made through the designated branch of the bank where the application was submitted
