I Hope you all will be fine. Bahria orchard had gain a tremendous increase in past few months as rates increase more than double. Even rates in all the societies, on Raiwind road or near to Raiwind road rates are doubled. I am here to analyse the situation of Bahria orchard in 2016. Why all this happened? As in 2015, nobody was expecting that bahria orchard rates will increase that much. In my perspective, I always thought bahria orchard will take time till 2017 at-least, to double the rates, but it happened in this year. The main reasons are:
This is the area where our current PM & CM reside, that’s why this area is under little more consideration. Firstly, Raiwind road is given the status of super highway, and will be expanded up-to 220 ft road till Raiwind city. At the moment you will feel that the flow of traffic is very smooth that before. Secondly, newly constructed road connecting Ferozepur road from Ada plot Raiwind road, flyover is constructed at Kahna railway line, making an ease to travel between Ferozepur road and Raiwind.
08 Marla rates in December 2015: 28 lac to 38 lac max
Now rate is 45 – 65
05 Marla rate in December: 15 – 28 lac
Now rate is 35 lac to 50 lac
Bahria town under construction office is completed now and will start its operation in new office in C block on 16 May 2016. Also possession is provided in G, J and H blocks, for developed plots. After shifting of office and possession more activity will be started. As per expectation, in year or so Bahria orchard rates will almost match the rates of Bahria town and you will surely find lot of under construction houses in different blocks of phase.
