Payment :
Booking for residential plots is starts from Rs 10,000/- and rest of the amount will be paid in monthly installments . Monthly installment for residential plot is started from Rs 4,000/- , This prices will be vary with the size and location of the plots . All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque in favor of Shaya’s city .

For booking of residential plots and commercial plots in Shaya’s city housing scheme application forms are available at the official website of this project .
