Bahria town management started merging Greens( Green Valley) of residential files in Bahria orchard residential files to facilitate respected members of Bahria Greens. Following are the terms of Merging.
- Merging For 1 Kanal File: 1 Kanal, 10 Marla, 5 Marla Files can be merge.
- Merging For 10 Marla File: 1 Kanal, 10 Marla, and 5 Marla can be merge
2. For the convenience of respected members, Merging installments restriction ended up, but Merging fees must be submit as following,
- 5 Marla : Rs 5000/-
- 10 Marla : Rs 10,000/-
- 1 Kanal : 15,000/-
Note: Many of 5 Marla’s file can be up-size in 10 Marla or 1 Kanal plots through the submission of only merging fee of Rs 5000/-.Same as 10 Marla file can be up-size in 1 Kanal plot by submission of only Merging fee of Rs 10,000/-
The last date of file merging is 3 October 2015. After that no file will b merge. ( As per notice issued by Bahria Town Lahore)

Well, the purpose of merging to reduce files, after reducing of files and some source says Bahria Town Green Valley ballot and map will be given in December 2015.

If some one have 2 files of kanal or 10 marla can he convert these two files into 1 file of 5,10 or 1 kanal.
Pls advise
if some one have 10 marla they can covert into 1 kanal, and 1 kanal cant convert into in 10 marla or 5 marla

Thanks for posting the notice.
If I am not wrong it is the old notice where Bahria is demanding 1 installment as minimum and removal of merging fees.
However your message says Merging installments restriction ended up, but Merging fees must be submit, would you please re-confirm the actual scenario or removal of 1 installment condition is verbally conveyed by Bahria.
Please elaborate further.
