Bahria Homes , Bahria apartments , Jinnah avenue Gate house and Bahria Head office are under construction . Bahria town also claimed that the possession for first block will also be handed over in December , 2014 .

why the prices going down since the people already invested 250,000 and 135K discount announced by BT while the worth of property is less then 50% investment total amount, the prices should be around 400k at this time of 125sq yards
is it expected to increase in future or may goes more down

Well, what i think regarding near future, Bahia houses will keep go up gradually due to real potential. if you hold any product of bahria town for long term as per my experience it will must give you a certain profit except speculation of files and forms.

I have 500 yds plot in BT which is mainly for investment purpose. I saw different articles on website mentioning that, don’t pay your instalments if you want to sale it as the investors not willing to pay your instalments amount.
Could you please advise in his regard as the instalments are quite hi in this plot.
Also what happened if some one not pay his instalments on regular basis, like skip one instalment and pay one instalment.

I have also heard such type of rumors and a reputable state consultant told me that at present transactions are being done only in those plots who have failed to pay May installment. What I believe this is a high time for the BT management to come forward and come out with something to keep the interest of the clients intact.
There is also another worrying Public Notice published by SBCA according to which the total no of plots approved for BT are 3000 only and the project is scheduled to complete in 2020. The price that BT will charge is double the price announced by BT.
