Bahria Town Market Going Dramatically Up After a long time.

Salam readers, hope you will find this article with good health and wealth.  Bahria town karachi market forced me to be re-active again. Well, bahria town karachi especially 10 marlas, 1 kanal and homes prices going up very speedily as we have seen last year in Bahria town projects.

The basic reason to go up bahria town karachi project handed over to Mr. Shahid Qureshi (G.M Marketing of Bahria Town) who developed bahria town islamabad and lahore. or you can say he is a king of speculation . Well now at this time we should just pleased either it is internal speculation of bahria town. As i mentioned so many in my all articles bahria town market could go up at any time with out reason. Because Malik Riaz management could do any thing with their own projects. Well , what i seem the current situation look alike bailout package for bahria town by Malik Riaz. and Bahria town karachi is the next milestone it cant be flopped. Another reason on the real ground development is on going with good pace as you see in the television ad , bahria town commit some possession will be handed over in the end of this year.

Well, the price of 10 marla was about 400,000 since market reversed or down. and now today price of 10 marla bahria town karachi files about 6750,000 to 700,000 within last 5 days and it continue going up and look it will stable above 800,000 , Similarly 1 kanal file was about 500,000 and now the current price of 1 kanal 900,000 and it look to me will touch 1 million in next couple of days. 

The price of 5 marla bahria town karachi files moving up but at slow pace due to numerous booking of 5 marla file. today 5 marla traded above 200,000 to 210,000 which was about 150,000 to 170,000 from last three months. Well, i suggest 5 marla file holders sale as soon as possible and minimize your loss. it may go back due to countless booking of 5 marla at high prices. 

Similarly 125 sq yards. and 200 sq yards bahria homes are also in profit. this is the best time to invest for short time and those purchased at the time of launching could sale on healthy profit. Because “ONE KNOWS THE PEAK WHEN ITS BEHIND” OR ” Greed has no limits “

    III have lived in bahria Town Ilamabad for last 13 years it THE BEST PLACE in the world coz i feel secure and geta all the ammenities as promised.Though roads are bcming little narrower due .to too many vehicles bt I wldnt Prefer anywhere else to live if I live in Pakistan.I dont think I ever wrote so how can it be duplicate

      I guess it will go up after cricket world cup. Well your question why going down so there is alot of factor. It entirely depend on bahria town management in up n down. So now we have to look on bahria town when they give bailout package bahria town KArachi.

    i booked 500 sq yds plot in bahria tow khi for my own living property as i think it would be city in city with all facilities. i am also earning profit of 15 lacs if i sell.
    few friends sources says i should sell BTK & reinvest in DHA city khi.
    my friends also says BTK in last will be biggest fraud of pakistan so i am confused that what to do. plz suggest.

      Bahria town is now biggest asia private company, how could be fraud , your friends thinking is immature. say to your friends visit LAHORE N ISLAMABAD BAHRIA. how people are living over there. well i suggest you after two years this plot will give you at least 5 million profit.

    We would like to bring this fact in notice of all concerned that Bahria Greens is a “Fake/Ponzi” and illegal Scheme launched by Bahria Town just to loot money from innocent people. The reasons are:
    1. They didn’t launch it through print/electronic media rather launched it very secretly through its three bestowed dealers.
    2. They didn’t announce its location otherwise their all old schemes are always announced mentioning at least tentative location.
    3. Although they didn’t announce location formally but their bestowed dealers told verbally at the time of launch that it will be in main bahria after sector F becuae otherwise they couldn’t justify its high launch price (about Rs. 5 lacs per marla for a 5 marla plot). If they declared its location at Orchard none would have purchase a single file as price prevailing there (phase-2) at that time was Rs. 2.5 lacs per marla.
    4. More than a year has passed that they still have not been able to announce location officially and formally.
    5. On 19 Sep 2014 LDA has issued a list of “Under Approval Housing Projects” in Lahore division in all national newspapers and Bahria Greens is not included in it.

    Due to this attitude Bahria Town’s all schemes are in negative.

    All above depicts that it is a fake scheme which has been launched by Bahria Town just to loot billions of rupees from innocent people. If people remained silent they will be deprived-off the entire money or a huge portion of it in term of re-sale value of the file/form.
    It is therefore high time that effectees of Bahria Greens should take appropriate action to get return their deposited amounts with mark-up for one year – as you know they themselves apply surcharge for delayed payments.
    In this context all available options should be used like:
    1. Approach Bahria town Management to return the money with mark-up – Phone numbers are 04235341575-8.
    2. Launch protest/Dharna at Shahkam chowk with intimation All electronic and media people may be informed about it for proper coverage. Dharne should include complete blockade of Shahkam chowk (both sides of canal roads, Defense/Ali Akbar Road, Roads to Bahria Town). We can’t wait anymore.
    3. Spread awareness about Bahria Town’s looting attitude on social media.
    4. Approaching electronic media to state money laundering stories of Bahria Town.
    5. Send letters to prominent columnists of national newspapers with request to highlight this issue in their columns.
    6. Approach consumer courts for return of money with demurrages due to above anomalies.
    People should not allow Bahria Town to make them fool again and again.

      Price of files are even in minus, Residential are growing but at very slow pace, If we talk about Sector-F , the On ground plots like Ghaznvi on very healthy profit. But files are slow due to bahria failed to deliver in time. If land acquisition problem will sort then you will se Sector-F will jump at least 1 million in a month
