AOA to dear readers, at-last bahria town announced official date of Sector-F Bahria Town Lahore, File keepers and owners of Sector-F has been waiting anxiously for last couple of months. so now it is a good news for them your forms will be converted to plots after 5th December 2013, and also noticeable thing keep in your minds , Bahria town is also given a notice for Sector-F file owners, only updated files ( three installments paid) will consider in balloting. Those files owner paid full installments shouldn’t take worries must be those whom intentions for maturity , and the other files keeper of Sector-F brought for trading purpose their installments surely not updated.
Well in the current scenario rates of sector-F files are moving downwards except 5 marla files which always in demand due to less investment comparatively and more profits. Five marla files usually gives more profit comparatively to 10 marla and 1 kanal but before balloting. It is because after balloting the location of 5 marla plots become less attractive. i think the rates will more down especially in 1 kanal due to heavy installment and people will prefer to sale it rather than purchasing.
Here raise another question if people will not updates installments then what will be the status of their files. so in my point of view they will be shifted to next balloting, because Sector-F consist of four phases. I guess on 5th december 1 or 2 phase of balloting will be completed due to issues in acquiring lands.
Well so many people brought sector-F files on the peak rates , and mostly are in the position of loss if they sell on today price. So they are consider balloting as good news for them in term of price will move upward. well see what actually will be gonna happened.

10 marla down payment 610,000/- each installment after three months 312,500 pkr and total price 3,100,000/-
1 kanal down payment 870,000 /-each installment after three month 668,750 pkr and its total price 6,200,000/-
