Booking is open for shops and apartments you can booked apartment by paying Rs 45,000/- of down payment and for shops you just have to pay 5 % total amount .

Terms & conditions :
- Once any booking of apartment and shop buyer shall not transfer his booking to any one before getting possession .
- For transfer registration 5 % charges will be charged .
- In case of cancellation of booking , booking amount will be refund in 12 months .
- The possession and transfer will be done after full payment .
- Documentation charges of Electricity gas & water will be charged on buyer .
- These charges will paid in form of cash and within 15 days .
