- After the booking of plots if any one fails to continue his installments then booking will be cancel and amount will not be refundable .

- Buyer shall also pay electricity gas and water charges with in 15 days .
- Owner will not transfer or re sale it to any one without the permission of company .

- Payment will be paid in shape of demand draft pay order and cross cheque .
- 2 % will charge to the customer on time of transfer .
