All installments must be paid by the allotee striclly as per schedule agreed by them between 1st to 10th of every month.

All extra charges are payable within 120 days from the date of booking.

Documentation charges for sub-lease, Loan, Outer development charges and Utility charges of Gas/Electric/Water & Sewerage connections will be charged extra & payable on company demand, as these charges ane not included in the above mentioned cost
