So for investment points of view what i think it is best as compared to Sector-B. It is due to Sector-b even looks more beautiful and near to safari villas, But Sector-B has been almost occupied, and due to high prices it will suitable for only genuine customers not investors. So here is also low margin of profit but also very little margin of loss. So this is one of the secure investment if you want to invest in bahria town.

Dear Zain please click on this above link. and well this post had written last year in December 2013, well now 5 month has been passed away, still bahria green are in minus. So i know recommend it is not investing time. it will only move upward when overall market will be fine. Sector-F is far better than this project which is also down. So i don’t recommend this is nota good time for investment in bahria town .

Well, currently market is stagnant , if you are earning certain profit in it then sale it, and at this i recommend buy in Jinnah Block 5 marla but on ground. Sector-E possession will hand over in couple of month. In this investment Jinnah 5 marla is a good option.

I have File in Sector F (10 Marla). I have paid so far five installments out of eight (along with down payment of-course), but yet the file has not been included in balloting for the plot. What are news and prospects? What should be next course of action? I would be really obliged for your kind and fair response.

was your due installment payment not updated in first ballot which held in december ? it is the only reason can be you failed to get a chance in first balloting of Sector-F .
Well, Now wait for second ballot. Your files must be included in next ballot. Well overall bahria town facing bit slow. Well it will be fine in couple of months. INSHALLAH
