   kindly inform me payment plan for 3 and 5 marla plot…and after how much money one can get possession of the plot…

      Mode 1- If you looking for ready possession you have to be submitted 50% percent of plot price in advance and rest of the amounts on installment. They are given name of Early Possession

      Mode 2- If you are not looking for ready possession then you have to be submitted 15% percent of plot price in advance and the rest of the amounts will be submitted in 2 years installment plan. and possession will hand over to you after two years, they given this mode of installment plan is After possession.

   Price of per marla price is 3.5 Lac

      sir according to policy of the society the person whom want to booking must go physically then able to know the plan or you can send your nominee to detail further info of installment plan.
