Dear All,
Please confirm either the “Eden Life Sargodha project ” is the project of the same company which have the issues in Lahore projects as intimated on ARY program because its serious to think out before making any investment.
Representative of Eden Builder regretted they the said project was not linked with Eden builders and also claims that they have 5000 to 6000 kanals in sargodha for said project.
I also got the information from TMA sargodha and their representative confirm me that they have only 347 kanals land for their piland farms project and eden builders got the approval only for 347 kanals and its location toward chak no 88 in sargodha on bypass.
Please share the information which every body have about the Eden life sargodha project as well as other project (along with issues) and eden builders to safe the investment and to avoid fraud.

Eden Builders have always delivered all its previous projects on time like Eden Value Homes/ Eden Lifestyle homes at lake city.
Eden developers was the older company made in 1981 which separated into two groups Eden Builders and Eden housing in 2005. Both these companies have different Owners, Management and Projects.
Eden,Life Sargodha is a project of Eden Builders.

Few days back, I contacted Eden Housing Sargodha office to get detail information about new housing scheme in Sargodha. I asked several questions and I was not convinced at all with their answers. I therefore would request you poor guys to keep away from this axis of evil.
