Eden Residencia is a housing society project by Eden Housing which are selling residential plots at the moment. However it seems that soon they will start selling constructed houses. Their location is good and that’s why people are rushing to get the plots daily. It seems that they have booked all the plots in Phase-I and now they have launched Phase-II. Prices in Phase-II are relatively less than Phase-I. Plots sizes are same as in Phase-I; 3.5, 5 and 10 Marla plots. but in Phase-II there is price difference of 3, 4 and 7.5 lack respectively.
