Most people living in Lahore would be aware of this name Eden Residencia; which is a new residential housing project by Eden Group. Eden Group has launched 29 successful projects in their 29 years which makes their average of one project per year. Most of the projects are in Lahore. This year’s project is Eden Residencia which is on College Road. College Road is becoming one of the important roads of Lahore as expansion of Lahore starts from other end of this road. Eden Group has constructed the part of College Road which wasn’t in good condition to give a way to their customers. See below map for complete location of Eden Residencia.
They have launched many successful commercial and residential projects in their 29 years of history. In some projects, they sell complete houses, constructed by their own company. However in other projects, like this one too, they sell plots and constructed houses both.

However according to their sales person they have two phases in Eden Residencia in which Phase 1 covers 40% of the whole project and remaining area is covered by Phase 2. They have 3.5, 5 and 10 Marla plots which is available in both Phases but right now they are booking plots for Phase 1. Total area of project is more than 3000 kanals in which they will also construct parks, community club, gym, mosques, sports club etc.
Eden Residencia has launched their project within this month and according to their sales staff they are selling like 200 plots daily, which is a great number. So if he’s true and you wanna buy a plot there, then rush for it before it ends. Because right now they are giving confirm receipt of plots in Phase 1 but as it enters in Phase 2, for which they will do balloting after two months, you’ll be on chance; that you might get a plot or not.
They have planned to develop this project and give possession to customers after three and half years. Right now they just have front Monument at Eden Resedencia, One main road and few model houses which are under construction. You would find only Eden Group’s site office there and a part which has a fountain but not any grass. However they have covered up all the grassy area of park and main road by green carpets. Dear Project Manager.
As you announce last date , definately you got the applications as your plan of each plot..but i heared from my friend he got 2 plots in 5 Marla,but sometime the applications are be rejected by managements or due to change of minde from the applicator or due to non-payment,
I am living in abroad and also intrested to get the polot in this Seceme.
if is there any capicity by management to accomodate me , i will be thankfull to Edens projects.

@Mian: Don’t worry if you have missed the last date for application submission. Now many of these plots will be available soon for re-selling. Just wait for the first installment date and you’ll find many plots available for sale. I would suggest you to buy the plot at that time as the prices would go down at that time.
