Extra charges for residential plots :
- Documentation charges of electricity , water & gas are extra charges and payable by customer on demand ,.
- If plot is located at 40 feet wide main road than 4 % will be charged extra .
- Corner plots also charged 4 % .
- 4 % charged at west open plots .
Extra charges for commercial plots :
- West open plots : 4 %
- 3 side open plots : 7 %
- 100 feet main road plots : 10 %
- 60 feet road plots : 6 %
- Parking area : 4 %
Discount offer :
- Get 15 % discount of full cash payment .
Note :
- All extra charges will be payable within 120 days after booking .
- All installment must be cleared before 10th of every month.
- In case of cancellation booking amount will not be refundable .
- All payments can be made through in form of demand draft and pay order .
