Payment procedure and extra charges are same for commercial and residential plots .
Extra charges :

Documentation charges of electricity and gas are extra charges and paid by the customer on the demand .

10 % extra charge on corner plots .

5 % extra charge on west open plots .

5 % extra charge on road facing .

and 5 % extra charge on park facing .
Discount offer :

There is a discount offer both residential and commercial plots you can get 10 % discount by paying 100 % cash payment at the time of booking .
Payment mode :

All payments and installments for residential and commercial plots will done in form of Demand draft, pay order and Cheques .
Important notes :

All extra charges including documentation charges will be payable within 180 days after booking .

Each installment must be cleared before 10th of every month .

In case of excess in area as compared to actual measurement than cost will be added and payable by buyer .
