In that notice, bahria town offered, if you are unsatisfied regarding Bahria town development work, So return back your civic commercial forms with 5% deduction on down payment. Thats means as we know civic commercial down payment is 5 millions and 5% deduction on down payment, Bahria town will return you 4,750,000. Well, as we are experiencing , continue down fall of civic commercial and lies on 11lac to 12 lac minus / loss from last couple of months. The fake notice was spread in offices, and rates dramatically jumped upward and trading started at the price of 3 to 4 lac minus, Those people purchased on minus about 1 million, started selling their forms. And others hold their forms and felt happy, and thought, now the market will go up of civic commercial bahria town Lahore.
It was considered as happy news in Bahria town Lahore market, because overall market has been stuck due to civic commercial, Civic commercial has sold out of total amount of 4 billions, and entire market poured their investment in this commercial project. Well, now bahria town should push up this project, through deduction in volume, and rates. It is because civic commercial down fall effecting overall market of bahria town Lahore badly.
