Hello, This is Usman Bin Khalid, hope you all are good, I know you people have been waiting for me last five months. i was unable to makes you update regarding Bahria Town Projects.

Well, I received lots of emails, comments and phone calls regarding bahria town , and they demanded me to write again. So i do commit to you all valuable readers, i will make you updates about bahria town real estate market.

I will write regularly form the next week, and thanks alot for sending me lots of emails, phone calls.

  3. Bahria Town Dealesr Progressive Group

    Bahria Green files have gone down because location is at Orchard where unit land rates are Rs. 3 per marla as against Bahria Greens which is at/around Rs. 5 lacs per marla. Had Bahria disclosed this location at the time of launch not a single file would have been sold. This is clear cheating. They are smart enough that they didn’t launch it through newspapers/media but launched secretly through their bestowed dealers who verbally informed that its location will be after sector F.

    Now Bahria has 3 option:

    1. Reduce price to of all sized plots @Rs. 3 lacs per marla for Orchard Location, i.e., Rs. 14 lacs for 5 marla and so on.
    2. Announce location at main Bahria (after F sector as was informed verbally by their bestowed dealers at the time of launch of Bahria Greens) at Rs. 4 lacs per marla, i.e, Rs. 20 lacs for 5 marla and so on.

    If not:

    3. Be ready to return the amounts along with demurrages to the people through Consumer Courts. This time none will spare them as the effectees are large in numbers and fraud is huge. People will not be killed financially cold blooded this time. If this happens imagine about the amount which Bahria shall have to return to people besides image ruining and defaming which although has no value for them against their lust for more money.

    We should create awareness among the innocent people and guide them to approach Consumer Courts instead of bearing this cruelty silently.

    other means may be:

    1. Launch massive compeign on social media
    2. Launch compeign on electronic and print media
    3. Appeal Chief Justice to take suo moto notice.
    4. Approach FIA.

    this is going to be proved another big white collar crime like “Modarba Scandal”.

    The Green Valley is the only project which facing loss from the right after launching. It went on profit only on launching night due to heavy speculation of Dealers and demand of customer. But after that night it starting going minus and still on minus. Five marla files went maximum on minus about 75,000 and minimum on minus 15,000. So now currently they lies on 40,000 to 50,000 from last 30 days. Similarly 10 marla fall about 110,000 minus and above. It was the commitment of bahria town their map will be revealed on 30th april but they failed to honor it. Well, it will go up when bahria town will give you a confirm date and location, and i think even after map it seems difficult to go up . So i recommend face the loss and sale it if you bought as a short term investment.

    I owned a file of 10 marla plot in sector F B.T.Lahore since Feb. 2013, and payed through my relative six installments but until yet not included in the allotment-this i have been told by my relative.
    Please clear me the situation. Iwould be highly obliged for that.
