Installment plan for 2 marla Plot :

- Down payment = Rs 40,000/-
- Monthly installment = Rs 4,000/-

- On possession = Rs 56,000/-
All the installments can be paid after every one month and will be complete in 3 years .
Note :
- 10 % extra charge on facing park corner and main boulevard plots .
- 10 % discount on full payment .
- 5 % discount on half payment
