- Monthly installment = Rs 15,000/-
- 1st payment = Rs 150,000/-
- Possession after 2 years = Rs 365,000/-
Installment plan for 10 marla house :
- Total price = Rs 7,200,000/-
- Down payment = Rs 150,000/-
- Confirmation = Rs 400,000/-
- Allocation = Rs 400,000/-
- Allotment = Rs 400,000/-
- Monthly installment = Rs 30,000/-
- 1st payment = Rs 500,000/-
- Possession after 2 years = Rs 750,000/-
Note :
- All the payments will be made in favour of Nest builders and installment can be paid after every 1 month .
- 10 % extra charge on Main road and corner houses .
- Extra charges will be payable within 180 days .
- Electricity water and gas charges are exclusive in above payment plan . and will be charged after booking .
