Installment procedure for shops :
- Total price = 100 %
- Down payment = 10 %
- Allocation = 10 %
- Confirmation = 10 %
- 5 monthly installments = 2 %
- 12 installments = 3.33%
- On possession = 20 %
Installment plan for offices in star mall is as similar as installment plan for shops .
Each shop and office has different price plan so there is no exact payment plan for any shop and office provided by project developers .
Note :
- 10 % discount on full payment
- 5 % discount on half payment
- All installment can be paid before 10th of every month .
- All documentation charges will be charged as extra charges and not included in above payment plan .
